VoiceBoxer Version 4 is live!

For the past few months at VoiceBoxer we have been hard at work on the features we know will improve the user experience in the VoiceBoxer platform. In addition to general interface redesigns for a more modern look and easier use, we’ve made the following updates:

  • Improved Event Flow — Moderators can now adapt the event’s visual dynamically without depending on the sessions creator (usually the event manager). Examples include switching from Podium (larger view on the presenter) to Forum (gallery view for multiple audience members), and hiding/showing the uploaded slides.
  • Better Buttons & Layouts -Streamlined video layouts with more intuitive user experience.
  • VoiceBoxer Portal Dashboard — “Today’s Schedule” will help participants and organizers find the right event faster. This is especially effective for organizations hosting multiple events in the platform.
  • Hybrid Event Integration — VoiceBoxer Mixer is our platform answer to onsite booths wherein interpreters can broadcast online. We’ve already tested the VoiceBoxer Mixer with onsite booths at a Belgium event. Three of the onsite interpreters were tapped to broadcast online through the VoiceBoxer platform, and were successful thanks to this newest upgrade.
  • Streamlined Event Creation — Does your organization host similar events regularly? Now you can instantly create events using customer defaults.
  • One-Click Access — The most requested feature at VoiceBoxer is now available. Users no longer have to receive an invite to join an invite, and instead can join through the created link.

We hope these updates make using the VoiceBoxer platform easier than ever, especially as we globally begin to move toward hybrid events and more and more organizations add video conferencing into their long-term event planning.
